Now Thank We All Our God

Now thank we all our God, with hearts and hands and voices!
Who wondrous things hath done, in whom His world rejoices,
Who, from our mother's womb, has blessed us on our way
With count-less gifts of love, and still is ours today!

O praise our bounteous God; He, all our life, is with us,
With ev-er joy-ful hearts, and blessed peace to lift us;
And keeps us in His grace, and guides us in our way,
Has freed us from all ills, in never-ending day!

All praise and thanks to God, the Father now be given;
The Son and He who reigns, to God in highest Heaven,
The One eternal God, whom earth and heav'n adore,
 For thus it was, is now, and shall be evermore!

God's Presence

Now that we're in 'Heaven',
No more need to cry,
Living in God's Presence,
No more death to die;
All God's holy people living for Him now!

 Some, they may say,
That we're dreaming, but we're not the only ones
We know that some day all will join us,
And the Kingdom will grow as one!

Living in God's country,
Resting in Him too;
We have but to serve Him,
Bringing Life to bear,
With all of God's creatures living in His peace!

Some, they may say,
That we're dreaming, but we're not the only ones
We know that some day all will join us,
And the Kingdom will grow as one!

Living in the Garden,
We have all we need ;
No more greed or hunger
The brotherhood of man
Imagine all God's people sharing all God's world!

Some, they may say,
That we're dreaming, but we're not the only ones
We know that some day all will join us,
And the Kingdom will grow as one!

( to be sung to the tune of John Lennon's 'Imagine' )

Come, We That Love the Lord

Come, we that love the Lord,
And let our joys be known;
Join in His song with sweet accord,
And thus surround the throne!

Though they refuse to sing,
Who never knew our God;
We, children of the heav'nly King,
Will voice our joys abroad!

People of grace have found,
God's glory here below;
Most heav'nly fruit on earthly ground,
Through faith and hope do grow!

So let our songs abound,
And every tear be dried;
We're marching through Emmanuel's Land,
And fairer worlds on high!

You Servants of God

You servants of God, your Master proclaim,
And publish abroad His wonderful Name;
The Name all victorious of Jesus extol,
His kingdom is glorious and rules over all.

The waves of the sea have lift up their voice,
Sore troubled that we in Jesus rejoice;
The floods they are roaring, but Jesus is here;
While we are adoring, He always is near.

When the wicked engage, the billows arise,
And horribly rage, and threaten the skies:
Their fury shall never our steadfastness shock,
The weakest believer is built on the Rock.

God ruleth on high, almighty to save,
And still He is nigh, His presence we have;
The great congregation His triumph shall sing,
Ascribing salvation to Jesus, our King.

“Salvation to God, who sits on the throne!”
Let all cry aloud and honor the Son;
The praises of Jesus His Saints do proclaim,
Fall down on their faces and worship the Lamb.

Then let us adore and give Him His right,
All glory and power, all wisdom and might;
All honor and blessing with hosts up above,
And thanks never ceasing and infinite love.

We Praise You, O God, Our Redeemer

We praise You, O God, our Redeemer, Creator,
In grateful devotion our tribute we bring;
We lay it before You, we kneel and adore You,
We bless Your holy Name, glad praises we sing.

We worship You, God of our fathers, we bless You;
Through life’s storm and tempest our guide You have been;
When perils overtake us, victori'us You have made us,
And with Your help, O Lord, our battles we win.

With voices united our praises we offer,
To You, great Jehovah, glad anthems we raise.
Your strong arm does guide us, our God is beside us,
To You, our great Redeemer, forever be praise.

Cory later added this stanza for use at Christmas:

Your love You did show us, Your only Son sending,
Who came as a Babe and Whose bed was a stall,
His blest life He gave us and then died to save us;
We praise You, O Lord, for Your gift to us all.

O, Worship the King

O worship the King, all glorious above,
And gratefully sing His power and His love;
Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days,
Pavilioned in splendor, and girded with praise.

O tell of His might, O sing of His grace,
Whose robe is the light, whose canopy space,
His chariots of wrath the deep thunderclouds form,
And dark is His path on the wings of the storm.

The earth with its store of wonders untold,
Almighty, Thy power hath founded of old;
Established it fast by a changeless decree,
And round it hath cast, like a mantle, the sea.

Your bountiful care, what tongue can recite?
It breathes in the air, it shines in the light;
It streams from the hills, it descends to the plain,
And sweetly distills in the dew and the rain.

Frail children of dust, and feeble as frail,
In You do we trust, nor find You to fail;
Your  mercies how tender, how firm to the end,
Our Maker, Defender, Redeemer, and Friend.

O measureless might! Ineffable love!
While angels delight to worship You above,
The humbler creation, though feeble their lays,
With true adoration shall all sing Your praise.

Sing Praise to God Who Reigns Above

Sing praise to God who reigns above,
The God of all creation,
The God of power, the God of love,
The Ruler of all nations;
With healing balm our lives He fills,
And every faithless murmur stills:
To God all praise and glory.

Your sacred host, O King of kings,
Your praise for ever telling,
In earth and sky all living things
Beneath thy shadow dwelling,
Adore the wisdom which did span
The power which formed creation's plan:
To God all praise and glory.

What God's almighty power hath made,
His gracious mercy keepeth;
By morning glow or evening shade
His watchful eye ne'er sleepeth.
Within the kingdom of his might,
Lo! all is just and all is right:
To God all praise and glory.

As all our gladsome days along
We sing aloud Your praises,
That men may hear the grateful song
Our voice unwearied raises:
Be joyful in the Lord, for hark!
Both soul and body bear their part!
To God all praise and glory.

All those who name Christ's holy name
Give God all praise and glory;
Let all who know His power proclaim
Aloud the wondrous story!
Cast each false idol from its throne,
The Lord is God, and He alone:
To God all praise and glory.

Be Exalted O God

We will give thanks to You, O Lord; among the peoples,
We will sing praises to You among the nations!
For Your steadfast love is great, is great in the heavens,
And Your faithfulness, Your faithfulness in the clouds!

Be exalted, O God, throughout the heavens,
For Your glory is over all the earth!

Be exalted, O God, throughout the heavens,
For Your glory is over all the earth!

repeat

Praise, O Praise, the King of Heaven

Praise, O praise the King of Heaven;
To His feet our tribute bring.
Ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven,
Evermore His praises sing:
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Praise the everlasting King.

Praise Him for His grace and favor
To our fathers in distress.
Praise Him still the same as ever,
Slow to chide, and swift to bless.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Glorious in His faithfulness.

Fatherlike He tends and spares us;
Well our feeble frame He knows.
In His hands He gently bears us,
Rescues us from all our foes.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Widely yet His mercy flows.

Frail as summer’s flower we flourish,
Blows the wind and it is gone;
But while mortals rise and perish
Our God lives unchanging on,
Praise Him, Praise Him, Hallelujah
Praise the High Eternal One!

Angels, now with us adore Him;
We behold Him face to face;
Sun and moon, bow down before Him,
Dwellers all in time and space.
Alleluia! Alleluia!
Praise with us the God of grace.

The God of Abraham Praise

The God of Abraham praise, who reigns enthroned above,
Ancient of everlasting days, and God of love.
Jehovah, Great I AM, by earth and heav'n confessed,
We bow and bless the sacred Name, forever blest!

The God of Abraham praise, at whose supreme command,
New creatures we've been made, to rule at His right hand.
We ne'er shall Him forsake, but wisdom, fame and power,
For He our only fortress is, our strength and tower!

He by Himself hath sworn, we on His oath do rest,
We now, on eagle's wings upborne, in heav'n are blest.
We now behold His face, we do His power adore,
And sing the wonders of His grace, forevermore!

The whole triumphant host; give thanks to God on high,
'Hail Father, Son and Holy Ghost', we ever cry!
Hail Abraham's God and ours, we join the heav'nly lays,
All might and majesty are Yours, and endless praise!
